About The Hotel Concord

Our History

The Hotel Concord has been a landmark in downtown Concord since 1926, when it was constructed following the dismantling of the original St. Cloud Hotel. Designed by renowned architect William L. Stoddart, the building reflects a timeless architectural style that continues to define it’s character today.

For decades, The Hotel Concord served as a cornerstone of the community, remaining under the ownership of Union St. Corporation from the 1960s until its transition to new ownership in 2016. Throughout its history, the building has maintained its original name, preserving a connection to its past as a fully functioning hotel.

Today, this historic space has been thoughtfully reimagined. While the upper floors are now home to The View Apartments, the lower level has been transformed into the wedding venue we proudly call home, providing couples with a timeless setting steeped in history and charm.
