There is a public parking garage just around the corner from our venue located at 28 Cabarrus Ave W that offers free parking on the weekends. We also have 2 handicap spots available for any guests that may need them.

Yes! Tables and chairs are included in all packages.

All payments are invoiced by QuickBooks to pay at no charge with a Checking/Savings Account. You may request to pay by Credit Card with a 3.5% service fee added. Cash is also accepted.

Yes! The Hotel Concord is a full-service wedding venue and includes a planner to assist you with your decor, timeline, etc., as well as execute the day of from the time the venue opens to your final send off.

Rehearsal is typically from 11am to 12pm the day prior to your wedding day if we do not have another event. If you have booked the rehearsal dinner package, timing will be coordinated accordingly.

Pets are allowed for ceremony and photos and must be on leash with a handler. This does not apply to service animals.
